Ramses grew up in an active lifestyle, playing sports such as basketball, volleyball, and softball.  At the age of 14, he turned his focus into weight training and physical sports such as boxing and Judo.  Looking to gain strength and build muscle mass, he joined a small gym called Erick’s Gym.  Within one year, he was able to reach his goal and was able to build an extra seventeen pounds of lean muscle.  He was also able to gain the strength he was looking for.  Motivated by this, he started to look more into weight training and nutrition, reading books, magazines, and any other reference materials he came across, and began researching information.  Before he knew it, he was training his friends.  Right  after he finished high school, he decided to join the United States Navy in 2001.  He was stationed aboard the USS Ronald Reagan CVN-76 where he worked for approximately four years.  After leaving the military, he moved to Orlando, Florida where he started looking forward to getting back to his passion of fitness and nutrition.  He found The National Personal Training Institute, which he attended  in 2006 to sharpen his knowledge.  After getting certified as a Personal Trainer through this institute, he also received his certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).  He started to look to begin his career as a Personal Trainer.  He has gained more experience working with clients at popular fitness facilities such as YMCA's, Bally Total Fitness and LA Fitness.

For the past years, Ramses has been improving the lives of many dedicated Orlando/Kissimmee residents.  He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program.  He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination.  But Ramses' techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
